You only need to set up the trip schedule once.
All subscription trips, including trips to dialysis appointments, will be cancelled on statutory holidays (not including Remembrance Day or Easter Monday).
Please call 519-744-2241 seven days in advance to rebook your trip.
GRT may suspend the subscription privilege if rides are not taken regularly.
You can submit up to three preferences for a single trip request. If your first option can't be accommodated, we will try your second and third choices.
30-minute pick-up window: The vehicle will arrive at your pick-up location within the time that you select, e.g. 10:00-10:30 a.m.
Appointment time: The vehicle will be scheduled to drop you off prior to your appointment time. Please check the business hours and ensure that the building is open prior to your appointment time, so you can enter the building when you are dropped off.
