Thank you for your interest in GRT's Corporate Pass and TravelWise! Please complete this online form to request a Corporate Pass.

To be eligible for a Corporate Pass, your employer must be a member of the TravelWise program. For more information about GRT’s Corporate Pass, please visit www.grt.ca/corporatepass.

Notice of Collection

The information you provide will be used by TravelWise and GRT fare program administrators to:

1. Confirm your eligibility for GRT’s Corporate Pass Program
2. Create your Corporate Pass fare card account
3. Deliver your Corporate Pass fare card
4. Regularly audit your eligibility for GRT's Corporate Pass Program with your employer
5. Provide TravelWise program updates to those that opt-in
6. Better understand how people commute in Waterloo Region and use GRT's products and services

Completing this form is completely voluntary. Alternatively, you may request GRT’s Corporate Pass using the contact information below. Please note that the same information will be required to create your Corporate Pass account.

Personal contact information will be kept confidential and only used by TravelWise and GRT fare program administrators for the purposes listed above. This information is collected pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O.2001, c.25.
